About the Book

As a contributing author, my chapter includes the story of my earliest experiences with gender discrimination in the aerospace workplace, and how those events shaped not only my career, but my passions to support women in STEM.

I also touch on my unconventional coming-of-age story, and the cultural and societal importance of the intersecting themes that are represented in the various seasons of my life as a woman in STEM.
