It felt important to share about the cancer. It seems silly that I never knew about the susceptibility of women’s legs/backs of calves.
More attention there over the years may have been able to prevent this, so I’ll be happy if even one woman begins to pay more care to that area on their own and/or their children’s legs. While melanoma can be quite mild, it can also be quite serious and it’s worth the effort to prevent it.
