You are an excellent writer! I think if there is a pull to write your book, you definably need to go for itπ I really understand having all the passions and ideas, it is hard to focus on one and really drives me crazy far too often!π
Thank you Karisa for your kind words - and for the encouragement! β€οΈ And you are so right, those ideas all start swirling and it can take a herculean effort to get focused on the 'right' thing again!
Thanks π for your kind words Karen! The book Iβm working on is a memoir. I plan to give more context on some of the book themes here in my next π€or one of my next few articles in this space. Thanks for your interest! π
Iβve got ADHD, too, and am multi-passionate, so I fully understand the zillion ideas thing!
I would be happy to recommend some resources, if you wantβ¦ for example, βRefuse to Chooseβ by Barbara Sher β fantastic book with tons of practical tools. π
If it helps, I have 750,461 creative ideas that I'm sure I'll never get to ... most of which aren't at all going to sell or make money -- or even be that fun once complete. But, I have found that for me, as a highly creative feeler person, that the joy is in the brainstorm. The rest is just the cake.

You write well, Rose! Curious about your book - memoir, about engineering, something else?
Iβm sold simply by the title! π And I love that term, multi-passionate! What a succinct and positive way to summarize π
It was originally coined by business guru, Marie Forleo. π©΅ Also check out Puttylike.com for tons of info on our βtypeβ. π

That is killer insight, Shawn! I love that! And upon reflection, I do absolutely love the brainstorm too π€© Maybe if I work hard to push an idea into the light I can reward myself π₯with some indulgent brainstorming π‘ππ

This is a great point Shawn. I've often referred to myself as a "Chronic Starter." I love starting things just in case lol
Bethel this is a beautiful way to think about opportunities that present themselves to us! And freedom is indeed an opportunity π
